Thankyou so much for this!! I vaguely remember her DVD, but that (at the time, no idea now) it went way too fast for me. Did it have something to do with an autoimmune disease? I can't remember, but she had like changed her life around or something. i had totally forgotten and that main workout you listed looks good!! I will check out that one and the others tomorrow. Thankyou so much!
