Your favorite restorative/calming yoga DVD?

I recently did the 2nd workout, restorative, from Rodney Yee's Core Cross Train Yoga DVD. I felt so soothed afterward.

What's your favorite?

I see there are 2 Jane Adams Gentle Yoga DVDs. One with 2 people on the cover doing tree pose; the other, one person in warrior.

I suspect she's using the newer one with just Jane on the cover. The practice titles match up with that one. It's a really nice DVD. If you are a yoga pro, it might be too easy for you.

I love these as well. I use the Evening Practice often.

I'm also a fan of Mimi Solaire's Deep Stretch Yin Yoga.

My favorite Yoga set is Travis' The Ultimate Yogi. Travis Elliot's Yoga 30 for 30- the Yin Yoga and Gentle Yoga practices are calming practices. Actually, any of Travis' yin practices are always calming for me.

I love Pure Tranquility by Rainbeau Mars. It’s 30 minutes of calming bliss, and the only DVD I bought a backup of in case something ever happened to it.

Out of curiosity I looked on Amazon and this dvd is going for $232.55!

I see you can purchase the download at Rainbeau's website for $9.99: https://www.rainbeaumars.com/shop
