Leslie Sansone - Walk Strong. This is an old workout that I didn't realize I had until I saw it on a compilation DVD
. This is a great, quick workout to get in some steps and strength training. I used it quite a bit this past summer when I had trouble being motivated to work out.
Maybe a Hit - too soon to tell
Metabolic Renewal. I've tried the first three workouts and liked them. They are short and tough but doable and I feel like I got a good workout afterward.
Hit & Miss
Goodwill. I like it because it can be a cheap way to try a workout that I've never tried before, but it's been about 50/50 whether I like the workout enough to keep it. It's kind of fun to look, though.
