Thanks Sherry! I sure wish we could come up with another way to describe me besides a "senior".

"aging exerciser" would be better than "senior".

I think I would prefer 'mature' exerciser to 'aging.'

For anyone interested, they are DVD-R format. I know that matters to some people.

I love HASfit. Coach Kozak and Claudia are good instructors and I love the form pointers. I have trouble with my shoulders and this is really helping. I do a workout, then add on Ballet Beautiful and finish with Lastics Lite. Life is good!

I'm glad they are working so well for you! I used to do some HASFit, but am not working out as much now. I started a part time job working for a school, and I'm on my feet walking for about three hours each day. My strength workouts are very lite nowadays.

I am sending these back ( if possible) They are dvd-r, and come in one dvd case with all the discs on 1 spindle.
The music is almost non existent, very faint and tinny in the background.
The workouts are super slow and the coach talks all the time-maybe these would be good for someone who has never exercised.
The female coach is heavily pregnant- I was surprised because I thought - is this a prenatal set? I could give it to my dil.
No seniors are on the set.
the cardio seems like it is all standing- and really tough on knees.and my arthritic knees give out.
generally -just disappoineted in the pace, the slow explanations, the constant talking and that no seniors in the workout.
the music is so bad.
just my opinion, the coach has a very nice voice and seems really sincere. If you want or need super beginner, with lots of tips and a slow workout, you will like these.
