All the shouldas and couldas but didn't

And that's my story!
Going to check in and then get to my treadmill as I'm off schedule (but will be fine and get caught up!) I was tired yesterday.

9/26/2022: 5 mins. Run warm up stretch, Hill Run workout (4% for intervals) 30 mins, Cool down walk on the tread (10 mins), cool down stretch

9/27/2022: 20 mins. Row, 30 mins Power Zone endurance ride, 2 hours of pickleball after work

9/28/2022: 2 hours of pickleball

The weather is turning and I want to get as much pickleball in as possible. So, I played after work on Tuesday and then again Wednesday morning. I was pretty beat afterwards and just didn't have it in me to do anything else. So I got sidetracked and did other stuff instead. Today's a new day.

Make it a great day! waves to all. Just don't want to get too far behind.

30 Min. Classic Rock Ride w/ Jenn Sherman
5 Min. Post Ride Stretch
2 Mile Endurance Walk

Helen - Good grief, it seems like only yesterday that your girls were 12! Hope it's a great day for all!

9/29/2022: Warm up stretch for runners 5 mins, 45 mins. run with 10 mins. of striders, 5 mins. cool down walk

9/30/2022: 90 mins. Power Zone endurance ride, 5 mins. cool down ride (Denis Morton's Grateful Dead one!) and 20 mins Restore Hips + Twist Yoga
