Evergreen Wellness DVD’s - have you tried any?
I was searching Amazon for any new or greatly reduced Leslie Sansone DVDs and some DVD’s by Evergreen Wellness came up. They look interesting, especially The Walk 30 Day workout. I’m 63 and they looked geared to my age group.
Have you tried any of these. (I did search our reviews here but didn’t find them.) Thanks 😊 |

I have had 2 of them: the Little Black Dress (LBD) and Rock Your Walk. I did the whole program of the LBD and it fit my mood at the time. Definitely beginner level. I tried Rock Your Walk but was put off by the impact. I have severe arthritis in my knees. Although neither DVD used the weighted belt that Evergreen sells, I bought it and love it. I use it when I walk with Leslie.
I had the LBD on share the wealth but no one wanted it and I goodwiled it.

Their website is LiveEvergreen.com and their DVDs are priced much lower than on amazon.
https://www.liveevergreen.com I tried to do a direct linkto the DVDs page but it didn't work I don't see the belt (it came with some weights, and weights were sold separately to make it heavier) on their site or amazon. I sent them a question, re: is it still available. Took me a while to find their site. There are spas and cannabis sites under Evergreen Wellness. Later - found the belt by searching for the name on the belt's logo, W8Fit. https://w8fit.com/product/adjustable-weight-belt/ It's expen$ive. Still later - found the belt on amazon by searching for w8fit belt.
