Oh GOOD idea...my sliders are kind of sticky..I could do that!

I like using sliders for most things. Not so much cardio, but definitely for core work!!

I use them for some barre work and for mountain climbers in plank, inchworms, etc. Also for pilates swan/swimming type moves. I would not use them for jumping jacks or anything like that. Anything in a split position where you could slip and pull your groin muscle or whatever = danger, IMO.

Love Mindy Mylrea's instructions for them.

I have a wood floor, so they are great on that, and on the plastic side (intended for carpet), I put this tape so that my feet don't slip off them.

Ditto on Mindy's instructions. I think some of her gliding workouts were the first I ever used gliders.

Today I used a small throw rug on my rubber mat and it was much better for sliding. I just have to get a bigger rug, but that was perfect.
