Thumbs up Jessica's new Walk and Talk: The Power of MOMENTUM

1-Mile Walk and Talk: The Power of MOMENTUM

I did this TWICE yesterday. Once in the morning and again in the afternoon. It is a nice, gentle walk and her tribute to Peanut is touching.

In my head I have renamed it, "Walk & Cry." Jessica was crying, I was crying and we both cried both times I did it.

The momentum theme is very inspiring. It's hard to be upbeat after the last few years with so much stress and loss.

I might do it again today!

You aren't alone, I was crying too. I started thinking of my two dogs that I lost three and two years ago, and was tearing up along with her.

I previewed it and saw her crying and could not do it.

I really liked it, too, and will do it again soon. It must be so tough for her to do her Youtube videos without Peanut there to help her and to lick her when she gets down on the floor. So sad!

I wondered if I could do it a second time. But I was prepared, so it wasn’t as bad.

When I did it the first time I had no idea it was going to be emotional, so that was a bit of a surprise, but I felt it was very 'real' and I'm glad Jessica didn't edit that out. I think we're all feeling the same way. It's been a tough couple of years.

I finally got a chance to do this, followed by her new Mobility video. Though it was sad, I'm so glad she talked as she did. It was so honest and "real", I felt like I knew her as a person, not a video celebrity. And I loved the Mobility workout. Doing both together showed that I need more gentle "movement activity" in my life instead of always pushing. I may pull out her fusion workouts and spend some time with them.

She posted a new one this morning, low impact slide and glide cardio, moderate intensity. I’m feeling spoiled with these new workouts!
