Well, well, well..I finally figured out why i have been lugging around my 15lb body bar throughout the years, moving from 4 apts and 2 houses. Really, my last move, I looked at it and was this close to escorting it to the free curb. But my vidiot brain stopped me, as always.
This DVD uses it in all its wonderfulness.
I didn't see it was 85 mins long so I had to cut it short to 55 mins. I got through the warm-up, upper body and lower body.
Big Pluses
- Unique and challenging moves with the bar.
- Gave me ideas on how I can use the bar in other workouts. (it sat in the back of my closet because I had no idea what to do with a 15lb bar)
- I like his personality
- I got my sweat on.
Minus to some
- If you do not like instructors that repeat a saying 529 times, this is not for you. Patrick needed an editor. He said 'Oh my goodness' probably 3 times a minute. But it stopped bothering me because I liked the workout and him and I agreed with him as the workout went on.
- A good amount of squats and lunges with the body bar.
Overall, I'm glad I dusted this one off and I will do it again.
