Patrick Goudeau and Toby Massenburg Workouts - How to work it in?

Hi all! I want to do some of my Patrick Goudeau (Hard Work Conditionings, Bodyweight Blast, Lean Hot Body, Extreme Calorie Burn) and Toby Massenburg (all of his) workouts next week. As I understand it those workouts are mostly metabolic. How do you work in other workouts to make sure you get enough strength and cardio? Do you do three metabolic workouts alternated with three cardio? Or three metabolic workouts alternated with three strength?

Toby's "Get Chiseled" is metabolic but has so much strength work that you should be good with that one. I have not done it in awhile but it was always a killer lower body WO for me with some challenging upper body.

Patrick's are very metabolic. My personal faves are Bodyweight Blast and Dumb Training (if you have it) so maybe use those as your strength options.

I need to re-visit these. I love both Patrick and Toby, especially Toby who is so adorable!

bubbles, here's my suggestion. I would do 2 cardio workouts (i.e. HiiT, kickbox, etc.) 1 upper body strength, 1 lower body strength, and 1 metabolic (i.e. Patrick/Tony) or total body workout.
