Cathe OnDemand or Cathe Live-Help Me Choose

I would love to do Cathe’s Halloween Virtual Roadtrip, but at $119, you can do 6 months of Cathe OnDemand, or a year of Cathe Live. So I will do one of the streaming services, but I can’t decide which to choose.

I have all of Cathe’s DVD’s, but did like the flexibility and features of Cathe OnDemand, when I tried it out a while back.

Cathe Live is also great. I’ve tried it in the past and there is a lot of variety in a more casual, realistic setting.

So which should I choose? A year of Live or 6 months of OnDemand?

If you have all of Cathe’s DVD’s, the on demand is only worth if you are going to do her workouts exclusively. If you plan on doing other instructors too, then on demand may not be worth it. The live is great because it’s all new workouts.

If you plan to create your own premixes (or use premixes others have created) to get something different than what is already on her DVDs, then OnDemand is a great option. Otherwise, if you have no plan to futz with premixes, Live might be a better deal since you do have most of her DVDs already.

I think when you purchase On Demand you also get Cathe Live. Then you don’t have to choose!

You do. I started with Cathe Live to see how it worked with my cable service. I have all her dvds but I now subscribe to the full service. I really like the convenience of it.

I had cathe live, and just started a rotation of strain cardio/strength. I have everything that cathe has put out but I switched to on demand because all rotations and the workout blender are also available and easy to access! I don’t mind paying 10$ more for the ease and convenience of it! So worth it! But! With that being said, I had Live for a while and I have done a lot of live workouts and enjoyed them!
