I used to watch Jack LaLanne as a young mother. I even did some of his workouts. So, when I saw his DVD Back to Basics in a thrift store, I snapped it up. Tonight, I did the Lower Body workout and Face-A-Tonics. It was a nice stroll down memory lane.

Tonight, I did the Original Buns of Steel (with Greg) from Karla's list on page 1. I was trying to decide between Buns of Steel and Gilad's Legs of Steel (which I still want to try!). Ouch! I really felt the side lying leg lifts (the first series). But my legs/buns feel fine now. I did follow it up with yoga.

Danielpt Fitness's latest - supersets weighted move, BW, then abs. 40s work, 20s rest, 30 min total.
