I did the first Beginner Epic workout on Saturday evening, which is 30 min of all lower body, and my quads are still screaming at me. Had planned to do a short indoor run/walk yesterday but my schedule got turned around so just did some foam rolling instead, and will take a look at Day 2 to see what I'm getting into.

I did a fantastic 60 min. workout of Caroline's this morning! (1 Hour Hard Core Full Body HiiT Workout Part 1). It was so fun! Instead of the 6-7 burpees done after each 27 exercises, I used my step and did squat thrusts in the 1st set and used my step during some of the floor work (to put hands on). Still managed a 539 calorie burn! Sometimes you just need to hear music with NO talking during a workout and just have FUN!! Loved the challenge and can't wait to try "Part 2"!!

I recommend this one for anyone looking for a fun challenge with no equipment needed - just a mat and possibly a step.

I am enjoying Caroline Girvan's workouts so much. Her name was mentioned on cathe.com and here so I checked her out. She it tough but fun!

I recently found mcfit method on youtube as well. He is all jump rope and heavy weights. i broke down and bought his latest program. it's amazing.

Me too! That looks great! I really like her 30 minute Total body workouts with dumbbells. I like that she’s going slower with heavy weights so I can pull out my heavies too.
