I'll let all know my thoughts. The workout preview looks good. My only issue is 30 mins, but I understand some people don't have extra time. Also, let's be honest her 1 hour weighted and plyo legs workouts are brutal and too advanced for some. I'm fine repeating each workout.

The second leg workout is plyo legs combined with shoulders. Plyos are easy to modify. Specially for legs. Squat jump, just perform a squat.

Yes, even after doing EBE2 consistently for two years, these still kill me! I'm fine with repeating the new workouts to get more time/volume in as long as they are challenging. Please keep checking in with your thoughts!

I haven't done them in a while but I don't recall too much whooping. But she did call her backgrounders "Mama" a lot.

Today, I decided to search Ingrid to look for recent interviews or news. I found the above. Coincidentally, I downloaded this APP due to Michelle Levin's promo a year or so. The last time I opened the APP Ingrid wasn't there. I believe the workouts are the same.

I logged in and participants already started posting. There are examples workouts?!? The workouts run for 30 minutes. Also, all the workouts are listed from Day 1-30.

I'm in for the challenge!!! Enough break due to hurricane Irma LOL
