I'm intrigued by EBE2, but I think it is a bit too advanced for me. I don't want to get a dvd that I'll dread doing. I am going to check out Butt Bible on youtube. I'm not familiar with it, and, hey, free workouts fit my budget!

Hi Bubbles,
In my case the knee pain was related to issues with muscle imbalances as well as ligament issues due to misaligned pelvis (all sorts of things happen when one over trains apparently lol!) and this affected everything from my lower back down to the knees. After incorporating these DVD's into my routine which strengthened my glutes, my knees are much better. This is only my experience so it would depend on what the cause of anyone else's knee pain is. This has me so curious! I have only viewed clips of these workouts. I workout almost exclusively with Cathe, but read some posts by some that mentioned good lower body results. Is it worth it to get the combo pack with this sale if you've never done her workouts before?

Having acquired both EBE 1 & 2 for just the price of EBE2 due to Amazon's error, I would have to say, yes, very worth it. Once they sent me EBE1 by mistake the first time I was prepared to keep it even though overpriced, when they sent it a second time by mistake and said I could keep it, well SCORE! I returned the initial, free return shipping, and now I have both and I haven't even tried EBE2 yet, but I already know enough to know they're both great additions to my collection! I'll use them for sure!
