I'm totally getting into Paul Katami's workouts and I would be willing to try this one (even though I'm starting to shy away from super-high intensity), but it's so darn loooooong, and there are no shorter premixes. Is that right that the DVD isn't chaptered either?

What a beautiful creature!

The kitteh we fostered for a couple months was like that and more. As soon as I would like down, he would crawl on my chest and get right up to my face and kiss/rub it nonstop. He was like Pepe Le Pew!

Too funny, my cats are the same way. One will crawl under me and I have to hold myself up and then he lies on my stomach. the other one as soon as I sit down to stretch will come up and cuddle between my legs so I can't stretch, it is their time to be loved : ) I have had the one also get on my step as I am doing strength training and if I am not using he gets up there and lies down, figuring I must be done with it. I have taken him down but he jumps right back up. So then I just move to the floor. They are funny.

Not to hijack the thread, I did look at the Katami video and it looks tough. It has gone on my wishlist

I don't think it's chaptered, but you could easily just do the first 4 or 5 intervals and skip the final parts. That's what I do when I'm short on time.

Haha, I should have just called the post: "ENABLING: Bootcamp 4x4!"

But seriously. Who has time for a 70 minute workout all the time? I sure don't.

Does anyone know how this compares to Jeanette Jenkins' Bikini Bootcamp intensity-wise?
