Not buying at this time but it looks pretty good. I like using 10 Minute Solutions as quickie sparks at lunchtime, and this looks like it might work well for that. I'll keep it on my radar, but don't need it now.

I think it looks fun, too. For you kettlebell ladies, does that swing-looking move she does with the weights look safe to you? Just wondering!

It looks like it would have a lot of dread factor, though I like 10 Minute Solutions and Jessica Smith, too.

I thought it looked pretty good, but I've never cared for the 10-Minute format. I wish they would put some premixes in combining several, or all the workouts, and omit the unnecessary warm-ups and cooldowns.

Agreed. I actually like 10-minute segments but really wish there were separate warmups and cooldowns. However, I loved Jessica's 10-Minute Solution Knockout Body -- partly because she doesn't spend more than maybe 30 seconds on a "warmup" or cooldown in each segment.

I agree as well!! I like the concept but they need just one warm up and cooldown.
