Patrick Goudeau and Toby Massenburg Workouts - How to work it in?
Hi all! I want to do some of my Patrick Goudeau (Hard Work Conditionings, Bodyweight Blast, Lean Hot Body, Extreme Calorie Burn) and Toby Massenburg (all of his) workouts next week. As I understand it those workouts are mostly metabolic. How do you work in other workouts to make sure you get enough strength and cardio? Do you do three metabolic workouts alternated with three cardio? Or three metabolic workouts alternated with three strength?
