Lift w/ Cee- 40-4-40 workout eight. Now I know what move I really need to work on- elevated weighted hip thrusts. These were one legged and oh my- I was struggling! Since this was the only leg move in the workout I added romanian deadlift into squats at the end, 3 sets of 12.

I used to love high impact aerobics. I often wonder if I had never done high impact and just stayed with low impact, would my knees be in better condition? My knees don't hurt all of the time, but when they do, I know I need to slow down. I only have one pair of legs and I need to take care of them. |
