I just finished week 2 of HR2.0! The no repeat HiiT workout was killer for sure. I followed that up with some Yin Yoga.

I found myself clenching my teeth and tightening my muscles during yin yoga. I need to do more of that. I was aware of it and able to stop but wow. I still have power!

I will begin Week 3 tomorrow if all stays well here!

I’m still doing most of HR2.0 and enjoying the weight workouts. I like the splits and heavier leg days the best. I’m looking forward to Month 2 & 3 now.

I’ve been previewing CG Epic Endgame and really like the looks of it. I may give it a go after the 12 weeks of HR2.0 ends.

Same. I'll probably jump on CG after HR.

Did Back and Biceps today. I think Cathe is the best at warmups. I like that she moves both arms and legs, and get the blood flowing. Not a fan just standing still and doing movement with the arms. So for warmups I usually do grapevines, walk in place, forward/backward or front/side/back kicks besides arm movements.

I keep watching CG workouts. I will have to see how I feel after finishing 2.0. I find myself very intimidated by the CG workouts!

I love the heavier leg days too! I especially love unilateral legs.

Goodness gracious! You're my hero. I can't imagine finishing a CG leg workout with a HiiT workout. It would take me days to get to the shower! LOL!

The warm ups are not my favorite either. But I do feel like I'm feeling more warmed up now that I'm more familiar with her warm ups. I know it's free but I'd like to see her in a different outfit...LOL!

That is why I'm always searching for a program to follow. When I get home from work, I need to know what I'm doing or a waste to much time deciding then I end up not working out sometimes. I think HR's program is everything I hoped Amoiila Ceasar's 645 would be. 40ish minutes to workout but getting some serious work done. I also enjoy that I don't have to listen to silly yapping all the way through the workouts. Good for you for getting it done!
