I just finished day 18 of EPIC III, and I am really enjoying the program so far. Well, I can't say I 'enjoyed' the burpee-intense HIIT workout last week, but I was glad to have done it was it was over. And I did go at MUCH slower pace than Caroline.
I have never done this much consistent strength training in my life. I adore steady-state step aerobics, and usually fit in one or two obligatory strength workouts a week. Not sure if this is a 'no-no' on the program, but I snuck in Steve SanSoucie's latest YouTube step routine earlier this week, after Caroline's workout. Only 30 minutes, and I couldn't resist.
