I did the
EBE2 Legs workout yesterday. I chose the "Music Off" option. Ingrid is less over-the-top in this workout. I enjoyed it more than the Glutes one. They do speed along at a fast clip, so I went lower with the weights ans did less range of motion.
I modified the 4th exercise pair. I don't like twisty lunges so I alternated calve raises and side steps on to the step. I was tired by then and didn't do all the reps.
