Interesting! How did you find this? I don't think she has sent or posted anything about this, unless I missed it. Looks like it's part of her all access pass, which I don't have.

It looks good - it also looks like it is for the All Access Pass members. I didn't join b/c I own so much of her content....but this looks interesting!

Wow, great find! Thanks, Carol! I have the AAP, so I'll definitely check this out. I've been on a hiatus from weight training (mostly just doing yoga, cardio and a little barre), but I was planning to restart strength training in a few weeks. This might be the perfect way to ease back into it.

I got an email today and she was talking about who Lift & Shift was appropriate for. There was a mention of the Build program and I noticed that it was hyperlinked.

Thanks, Carol! I saw that e-mail and didn't read it b/c I was not planning on starting Lift & Shift in May.

It looks like you can sign up for All Access for $99 w/ the code "BONUS423"

I am not sure how long the code is good for. I'm also tempted - b/c of the Build Program. It sounds right up my alley.

I wish she would sell it separately - I own everything else!!

But, it does look like she may be offering more programs in the All Access Pass...

Looks like the code will not work if you just try to apply it to the membership. Only if you purchase both.

This sounds good. I don't have AAP, and don't plan to sign up, but I think it's great that she's making programs for those who do; subscribers should get some extra perks imo.
