Add 'em up! February 2023

For those who keep track, feel free to share which instructors you used the most, how many minutes you worked out, and so on.

My most used instructor for February was Jessica Smith with 30 workouts! That's likely to continue into March, April and May as I continue with Walk Strong 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0. For most of February I used many of her stretching and yoga DVDs, too!

I also did 30 treadmill workouts with various iFIT trainers.

Outdoor Walks - 2 (lots of wind this month)
Be Healthy Enough - 1 workout
Classical Stretch - 1 workout
Lastics - 1 workout
Annie Pilates Physical Therapist - 1 workout
Pilates Nest - 2 workouts

I took a total of 4 days off - 3 unplanned and 1 planned. Hoping for a better March.

Worked out 26 days, a few days included active rest days or more stretching, as I tweaked my lower back mid month, (which is much better at end of month). No Shovel Max this month which is incredibly hard to fathom!

My focus for February was STS strength and working outdoors, so not much variety.

Cathe: 20 (8 were core or stretch)
Outdoor work (clearing brush): 18 hours

It’s been fun revisiting Jari and I love Turbo Fire/Turbo Jam, and Chalene. I'm finishing up a generic 12 week rotation. I was hoping we would have STS 2.0 by April but now I have to figure out something for the next 6 weeks, or so.

I finished Caroline Girvan’s Epic 3 this month and am taking a break from her for a bit while I work my way through all my Kelly Coffey-Meyer’s and adding in Classical Stretch and my new Tangoflex DVDs. Also adding in my outdoor walks again as the weather cooperates which isn’t a lot here in the Northwest. LOL!
