Jessica's free workouts ?

I would love to get the give away workouts from Jessica, Function Aging and Functional Strength but I can't tell if they are on DVD as well as streaming. Guessing they are streaming only which I don't do since my desktop computer sits in a back bedroom, not conducive to workouts but thought I'd ask. Thanks for any info
