Thanks for letting us know about the freebies, Lori! I just did the same thing and all 3 are in my library. I just did the WalkOn workout and it was fun!

I think Jessica's new streaming is a good deal. I have almost all of her stuff on DVD and digital so I'm not going to buy this now since that wouldn't make any sense, but I'll be watching to see if she adds more content. I'm sure she will, but I hope she continues to do youtube workouts as well.

Jackie, you're right. It's a great deal. I'm also considering it far more now. I'm the type of person that will be sort of obsessing over it for the rest of the day .

Donna, like you, I'm a huge Ellen fan. The other day, I even started re-visiting some Pahla B videos as well, and, of course, I thought of you . A Jessica rotation sounds lovely. I'm going to take a look at some of her YouTube playlists. I love organizing and making new workout plans.

I downloaded the two free workouts - thanks for the tip!! They look great.

I may also download the "test" 15 min walk - I have it on DVD, but having it available digitally will be nice.

Negin - I'm sorely tempted...trying to hold out. I would like to go back to Pahla, but I'm a little worried it will flare up my hip/lower back again. I still don't know what it is about her workouts that mess with that area. I think I can probably do her weight workouts - but not her cardio. No idea why b/c some of the movements she does are in other workouts I do w/ no problem. go figure.

Donna, I remember you saying that. I also got really bad sciatica around that time. I can't be completely sure if it was related to her workouts, but I suspect that it may have been. I'll be focusing primarily on her strength workouts, to see if I like them or not. I always remember her saying how she needs regular physical therapy/massages, and she also has to foam roll very often. That's all fine, but I wonder if her workouts are what exacerbate the problem for her also. I'm reminded of a recent thread about Leslie walks causing hip problems for some. I guess the key thing is to incorporate as much variety as possible. I can't imagine doing any one workout every single day.

I noticed that my Lift & Shift is on Jessica's liftandshift.us website. Strong and Centered is included on that site too. However, the All Access Pass workouts are on jessicasmith.fitness. Strong and Centered is on that website too. I suppose since Lift and Shift is one of the special rotations that isn't included in the new streaming, it makes sense it's on a different website. However, it's a bit more inconvenient to not have them all together. All of the workouts, including L&S, are in my PP library, which means I'll probably use that one most of the time.

Negin - I find Lively Ladies on You Tube to be similar to Pahla - and those don't bother my back/hip even though she does some of the same types of exercises. She also talks less, LOL! But one of the things I liked about Pahla when I was in the mood for it was her talking - it was always positive and made me smile. That is interesting - I wonder if she hurts herself w/ her own workouts? I think variety is one of the keys to avoiding injury.

Jessica's rotations are very well balanced in that regard - she really mixes it up so that there is plenty of variety.
