I like the three I’ve done so far. They are typical….1 hour long, opening meditation, warmup, cardio, finishing with an isolation exercise &/or a stretch. I usually stop after the cardio, about 40 min, but I do that with most of her hour long ones. It has a fair bit of TIFTing as always. It’s done in Alice’s home studio, a pleasant bright space, & the music is good. I love Alice & her exuberant zest for life.
And she’s my neighbour!
