Oops, sorry Sherry. With the search function not working, I couldn't find our old thread. I've now edited my post. I'm like you; I'm waiting to see if there is a sale and then I may buy it then.

Pat, so pleased you liked the first Shakti class. I think Alice put a lot of thought into this program. It has a lot of variety and I particularly liked the upper and lower body isolation work.

Take care.

The introduction to Shakti Warrior is lesson 1, not sure why she called it an intro. It’s very nice, my complete breakdown is in the other thread. I’ve copied & pasted it:

“It’s called “Embody & Activate: Awakening the Shakti Within”. Here’s a breakdown, it’s nothing new but pleasant & low impact, typical BF moves. The seated warm up had a KY feel to it.

Seated:
~Short meditation
~Torso circles
~Sway side to side with feet in butterfly pose

Standing:
~Goddess pose was the starting point for most of the moves. I believe she repeated the following sequence 3 times, might have been 4, can’t remember.
~Shakti rise
~Flowing goddess
~Easy slide
~Solar power
~Serpent power
~Earth warrior
~Embody & activate

Then back to the floor:
~Wide leg child’s pose, swaying side to side It’s called “Embody & Activate: Awakening the Shakti Within”. Here’s a breakdown, it’s nothing new but pleasant & low impact, typical BF moves. The seated warm up had a KY feel to it.”

Pam, thank you for the breakdown - and for setting me straight on class one. I can be such a doofus!
