I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Winsor Buns and Thighs in this thread. I admit I haven't done it in ages, but for side lying floorwork, it's one of the most challenging available.

Tina- It's funny because I use to DESPISE floorwork! Then I did it and my body really responded and it doesn't hurt my bad knee like a lot of squats and lunges!

Venus- Thank you! I will check out the YouTube channel and the link you posted. I appreciate it!

Suzyso- I think I might have that workout. If I can psyche myself up for another challenging floor workout than I will definitely give it a try. Thank you!

Jane- I'm happy you said that because I did pick that up used from Mary's sale but haven't tried it yet!

I just wanted to update this before I forget for the OP. I've still got two more BB DVDs to work through but I'm nearly positive I'm still going to rate the Backstage Workout as hands-down the hardest and it's ALL floor work. Seriously, it's a crazy hard hour-long total body workout all on the floor that will have you cursing Mary Helen Bowers.

But if I need to update my opinion after I get through the last two DVDs, I reserve the right to do so.

I remember this one and it is!

I wanted to add Andrea Orbeck's Supermodel Butt and thighs
And Brazil Butt lift High and Tight .

Congrats on your results, BTW!!
I'm looking forward to checking her out. I have found some great floorwork routines on 'Train like a ballerina'
