Epic 1
Epic 2

I did the Epic 1 series and loved it!!!!
At first I didn't think I could do a non-cued workout but it was fantastic! There's music and Caroline works hard right along with you.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the heavier lifting!

Hi again!

I need to add that my 25 year old daughter (who I hadn’t seen in two months and was in town for Christmas), gave me some unsolicited feedback on how I looked from behind when I was cooking.

I think the comment was something like, “Mom, Look at your dump truck!”

I learned “dump truck” = slang for big booty. Then she got serious, and asked if I was doing something different for my workouts.

I told her about Carolines workouts, and that one day a week was usually focused on glutes/hamstrings. So even though I wasn’t trying to build my glutes specifically, all of the hip thrusts and Bulgarian splits squats made a noticeable difference, at least to her.

If glute development is what you are looking for, maybe checking out her those workouts might be helpful.

Again, YMMV
