Wow. Than you for posting. These look fantastic. I am on month 3 of a KCM rotation and getting good results but ready to move up weight and don't want to buy more Dumbbells. I have heavy KB's which look like I could use with Caroline's pace, at least for WO1. I plan to use these but my own rotation. I usually use essentrics or pilates on my days off. In my late 50s, want to focus more on muscle building. I loved the Firm for decades but maxed out on how much weight I can use at that pace and prefer multiple sets so I can heavy up if first set not enough.

My girlfriend, who hasn't been working out in awhile, wanted to do a program together. She's in another state, but needs some motivation. I think an online program may work. Maybe I'll do this one with her. I don't have any rotation plans for the new year. I usually do Cathe, but this could be a nice change. Since it's weights five days a week, maybe I'll walk in the evenings instead of heavy cardio. Well, and one day a week for step, since I just can't go without it

I would say it's pretty heavy lifting for someone who hasn't worked out in a while. She does do some tough, slow lower body moves that would be challenging even without holding weights. I recommend previewing it first. Of course you could let her decide for herself if she wants to try it.

I think Lift with Cee might be a better choice for someone starting again. Take a look at both of them and see what you think.

Thank you. I haven't done either program so I'll have her look at both. She's a former Marine so has a good baseline, but again, hasn't worked out in awhile

I’ve been doing Lift with Cee intermingled with other workouts but I need to amp it up in the new year… thinking about trying this.
