Thanks for the links!
I do take issue with the first one being labeled as "Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience." The lunge-back-to-balance move would be very difficult for a beginner or inexperienced exerciser. (Sorry, but exercise level misrepresentation is one of my many fitness bugaboos!)
