Those who CAN exercise as elders often say "Never stopped doing it, every day." To say that, START doing it, EVERY DAY! Want a smaller butt? Reduce the "But......" Putting off workouts = palming off to someone else (future me); try being her bestie by giving her the benefits of consistency. I'm happier if I finish a workout than if I skip one.
