I haven't done this before, so here goes:

- 1 Full Sized Step Company Step
- 1 Pair risers (2 more pairs in the mail )
- 1 Smaller Step (identical to the new Reebok step)
- Dumbbell Rack for my mismatched 3, 5 and 8's
- 10 & 12lb hex
- Large Washers used like PlateMates to increase my 5’s to 6.5 when 8’s are still too heavy
- 2 Barbells - one 4.5 ' spin lock that I use as a body bar - weighs 18lbs; one 5' regular bar weighing 20lbs
- Various weight plates totaling 125lbs
- 1 lb ankle weights
- 2lb adjustable dumbbell bars (is that what they're called?)
- DH's old weight bench that I rarely use as it's just too cumbersome most of the time
- 2 Yoga Sticky Mats
- 2 Yoga bricks
- 1 Yoga strap
- 12 interlocking puzzle mats
- BodyFlux anti-burst Exercise Ball
- TV, VCR, DVD player

32 DVDs, various SVCD/VCD (40?), 18 VHS on a nice shelf I got myself for New Year’s

Gee, I didn't realize how much stuff I have. I'd love to get a High Step topper too, but the price to get one in Canada is just too steep right now.

Only on VF would I call this list "minimalistic"
dumbells: 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 - no two pairs match
full size step w/ 2 pairs of risers
2 yoga mats (one is for travel)
2 yoga blocks
2 thick mats (one is my daughter's back up bed in our room, she's not a good sleeper and usually comes into our room during the night)
1 exercise ball
1 resistance tube
1 jump rope - but knees say get rid of it!
DVD & VCR, but these are not just for exercise.
I use an old belt for a yoga strap
and too many DVD & VHS workouts to count right now

- when I look at this list I think no wonder I like SS and JV.
