I'd also add with the Gorilla mats, there are yoga mats and exercise mats. I have the exercise mat. They are a little bit more expensive, but I believe they are thicker than the yoga mat. Maybe someone with a yoga mat can chime in?

Somehow, I don't know how, but I am surprised to see how big this mat is. I mean, I ordered a 6' diameter circular mat. I guess I didn't expect it to actually be 6' tall standing up. 😂 My slightly self deprecating funny for the day.
