Rhonda that's a good idea to mix in the deadlifts and swings.

Firm dancer I think there are so many options it's easy to get confused. I like the setup of this challenge being only 4 days a week. Very easy to accommodate other things I may want to do.

Plus you can do the challenge without having a Kettlebell so that's pretty cool too.

glad girl I think offering the sheets is pretty generous too.

I downloaded the sheets to my computer to print out at a later date.

Right now I'm thinking:
Push- Regular pushups I really would like to become better and they do amazing things for my shoulders/chest. May try hands closer in, etc so many variations on pushups
Pull - KB rows I wish I had a trx, but I like doing rows w/my kb.
Swings - 2 handed swings I so enjoy swings! I would love to go a bit heavier as I progress.

Lauren is generous with her video challenges and the printable pages!

These are what I'm going to do:
Push : single press bell overhead
Pull: inverted row
Swing: one arm swing
PUSH: Push-ups on my toes as much as possible
PULL: Bent over rows with very heavy poundage
SWING: Two-handed primarily, to get better with my form

Thanks for the reminder, Linda! I want to print the sheets for use at a later time.

Awesome, thanks!

ETA: Do you have to register to download the sheets or am I just missing where to download?

Day 1 started today and it was pretty easy to incorporate into my workout for the day. I will probably break up the reps as the challenge continues.

Hope others found that this challenge is easy to add as well.

I was going to start today but my day went wonky and I didn't get to anything but yoga and a short run.

How’s everyone doing with the challenge? I am on Week 2.

In Week 1, I paired the daily challenge with JM Body Revolution Cardio - opened with the challenge moves, then did the cardio. On alternate days, I did Riptensity with Gideon Akande. This worked really well for me.

This week, I am alternating with Jillian Michaels DVDs, some of the Killer titles. They don’t pair as well IMO.

How are y’all working the challenge in? On its own or alternating with other workouts?
