They’re replacing my friend’s DVD, but I wonder if the problem will be the same on her player.

Oh, I see they're going to send me one also - they will also send a return envelope so I can return the other one. They said if the problem is my player the new one won't work either. I suspect that's what will happen

Luckily mine worked. I put it in and hit play and it started from the beginning. I haven't looked at any of the premixes.

UPDATE: They sent me another disc but it has exactly the same problems (as expected).
That's OK - I can get what I want from the Premixes. They sent a shipping label to attach to the envelope so I can return the disc. I will keep the original so I don't have to check all the premixes to be sure they work on the new one.

That’s disappointing. When it happened to me, the replacement dvd worked.
