My Hammer & Chisel Extended Calendar
Hi, I've had this set for quite a while, but I didn't like the look of the official calendar. So, I've made an extended rotation on workoutsheduler.net, it is 91 days (13-weeks long), with cardio dance mixed in, but you could do your cardio of choice. I also added mobility and flexibility days each week, but you could take one day off. For mobility days I plan doing some foam roll stretch like Katami 4x4 Repair Roller, Cardio Dance Flow Bonus Stretch Foam Roll, Classical Stretch, Annette Fletcher's Stretch & Joint Mobility Therapy, The Method Firming & Flexing or a light Pilates workout. For stretch days something like Slim Series Cool It Off, P.M. Stretch, etc. Anyways, I just thought to share in case anyone else like the look of this.
