What to do, rotation dilemma...

I'm on the 5th week of C&H and I'm loving it and miraculously still sticking to it. But Core de Force is sitting on my desk, waiting. I so want to finish C&H but want to start Core too. How would you combine them?

maybe by focusing on C&H, and doing Core "lightly" - like practicing it, instead of going all out - just an idea.

JSmith: STRENGTHEN
ManFlowYoga: morning sessions & Strength Foundations
YogaGlo & MFML: easy, morning classes

Sounds like you're on a roll with H&C - I'd keep that momentum going!!!

I thought the same thing. I would finish the H&C rotation first and then start Core de Force next.
