I just did the Exercise TV Dove Upper Body & Lower Body workouts. They are definitely high rep! Ouch! The workout title says "cardio" and Dove keeps mentioning about catching your breath. I didn't get much of a cardio effect. If I had the time today, I would have added on a very short Hiit workout. But I did like the workouts a lot. Today was my weights day and it fit what I needed. I thought she was going to do some short cardio in between sets. Of course you can grow with them depending on the weights you use.
