Thanks, Videofit! I have yet to try Margaret's workouts. Are there any in particular you'd recommend?

I would recommend Barre workouts from SBF or P57 as high rep/low weight workouts. I would also second Helen's recommendation for Hamelin D'Abell. He definitely qualifies. I have done HDM off and on for the last year+ and he has helped slim down my lower half a little (nothing else does anything, so a little is a lot for me.). I would also recommend ART and Terri Walsh, her workouts are effective and very unique. She has a streaming service on PowHow that's a wee bit expensive, but there is a ton of content there.

Thanks so much, Deineira! I've done P57 before, and it really bulked up my legs -- so much so that none of my pants fit after doing P57 for about two months. It's made me afraid of barre, but I've been curious about Suzanne's, Terri's, and Hamelin's workouts, so I'll definitely give them a go soon! Thanks for suggesting them!

I esp. like her Triple Threat DVD, as it has a lovely outdoor setting.

I have these DVDs. I visited her studio in L.A. years ago. I just checked out her website and she still has them for sale, but at a high price.

Thanks so much, everyone! I so appreciate the help!

I've been meaning to order Margaret's Triple Threat for awhile, so will add that to my to-buy list.

I used to have all four Dove workouts, but I think I traded two away. I'll check out the ones I have.

On a positive note, I ordered some new workouts based on everyone's suggestions, and feel like my clothes are looser this week! Since last Saturday, I've done Angie Miller's Bedroom Body, Tracie Long's Staying Power, and Ellen Barrett's Slim Sculpt and Fat Burning Fusion. My waist feels like it's cinched in a bit more. I think that these are really going to help. Thanks for the suggestions!

I don't know if they're still there, but Dove used to have a couple of 30 minute workouts on youtube.

I did a search based on your post. Are these the ones you are talking about? I wonder if these were ever on DVD?
