I think you can get Erin's workouts on Amazon Instant video if you choose to go that route. On Cathe's workout, she uses what many would consider heavy weights, but the reps are high (16-24) and you can use weights that work for you.

Fellow hourglass gal here so I completely understand.
I was going to suggest Slim Series, too, but I see that one did not agree with you. Do you like Jillian Michaels? I pretty much do all of her workouts with light weights and I don't bulk with her. I really like her Body Revolution, and the combination of her No MOre Trouble Zones/Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism. David Kirsch is another light weights/high reps instructor who gives me good results. He can be slightly annoying but his New York Body Plan workout is really good! |
