This is pretty much me, too. However, my legs are the firmest and my butt is the highest when I include a lot of dedicated lower body work, such as Cathe lower body workouts or kettlebell swings. I don't even have to use really super heavy weights, but I do have to dedicate one or two workouts a week to the lower body. I also spin a lot and that helps (especially the legs, but sitting climbs with heavy resistance also do a great job of recruiting the hams/glutes).

Kettlebell swings gave me a rounder, more lifted butt. I liked that since my butt tends to be flat. It looked the best when I did 200 kb swings everyday and some of those days, I also did a kettlebell wo.

I've also been doing the Freestyle training since it came out (more than 20 years ago). That means I work my butt and legs everyday.

I'm another who got a great backside with Ballet Beautiful. Barre always lifted and pulled in my glutes, but BB did that AND pulled them in tight and small, much like Mary Hellen's. I used BB in a variety of ways: full workouts and mix and match.

Crossfitting! Nothing like deadlifting 200+lbs and doing squats, lunges and all sorts of stuff to lift and round out that butt!

Firm 90 day rotation (with LOTS of leg presses, squats, and lunges) and Brazil Butt Lift quantitatively and qualitatively improved my butt the most.

Brazilian Butt Lift. I got SO much attention in my 2 piece at the beach. Everybody kept telling me how hot I was. LOVED it!!
