JNL Fusion was my best buy last year for sure. Lots of possibilities & flexibility ! You can use it beautifully with other rotations, pick & choose whatever! Love the short time.
My then almost 3 yr old loved JNL. He kept calling her a princess. He would do the 10 minute total body with me and laugh at the burpees.

My thought was to go heavier this time & use the bursts as a rest or keep it low.
Have PF in one foot. Any thoughts? *cough* Debbie S *cough*

I'm going to "kick your trash". I saw her on QVC too. I don't know if I could be bold enough to wear some of her clothing. If I was in great shape, I might wear something like this.

I AM bold! I own her Glutes that Salute (which I wear proudly at the gym), KISS MY ABS and Earn Your Shower. You see why I like JNL so much

Excellent customer service. I received my shirts on time along with other goodies including a bag

PF is painful. I fought it for over a year.

Yes, I think this is a great idea. Keep your reps around the 8 rep range. It should be plenty of time. For the rest periods, I'd make it an active rest by doing her standing ab work.

Never thought about doing standing ab stuff in between!
I'll have to try this soon--I'm having too much fun with YouTube wos
Thanks, Debbie!

Sounds like your PF healed? That's good!

I started the rotation a couple of weeks ago but am restarting tomorrow since the blahs got in the way. Anyway she is way way over the top but I love it and I find her hysterical. I'm excited to start and complete the rotation.

I just started today.. She is a riot and she whooped me big time, I was on my knees for some of the push-ups and I am a toe push-up gal

It was weird, I was really gasping for breath at the end, but 2-5 min later, I felt totally revved up and energized! I am really looking forward to seeing what kind of results I get
