You got some great ideas here. But, have you thought about maybe just putting on some headphones and walking outside...perhaps aim to do it twice per week at first or something? Now that the weather is getting good...it might be easy to do. This is how I first got started, with my goal being 2x/wk. I did that for about 4 months before I decided it was time to step it up.

I didn't know you before, but it's nice to meet you. Welcome back!

Tamilee Webb has two Tight on Time dvds which each have 3 10 minute workouts. I like them because there is even a countdown timer in the corner.

If you go on Youtube and search "Zumba" you'll find dozens and dozens of 3-5 minute videos of Zumba choreography to GREAT music. You could do 3 or 4 of these at a shot, and they're very fun. They helped me get back into working out.
