Smile Has anyone spent the $ from their workout jar?

I spent my $ on Cathe's March specials (Cross Train Express and Travel Fit).
I'm starting again for a Troy Lite Barbell.

Anyone else succumb to temptation?

Joanne

YES, on the best fitness purchase of my life - workout mats, oh my gosh what a difference it makes when I'm doing X-Factor ST workouts. I can jump, do burpees and everything else and it saves my foot, I have PF and with them I don't feel any pain (knock on wood) when I take my first steps in the morning and no pain when walking during the day, my running is even better!

Also, Jillian's Body Revolution.

I love the idea of putting money in a jar after an exercise. What a terrific idea. I have another forum and will suggest that there.

Thanks for the idea! I will be able to save for more DVD's. Yea!

Yes, this is indeed where I got the idea. I wish I had thought of it or seen it a long time ago.

I don't actually put money in a jar. Instead I put a scrap of paper saying the amount. That way my actual money is in a savings account earning miniscule interest, but it does earn some. I do like to add up my exercise money from time to time.

Or, you could just write "$" on a calendar to save paper.
