Does anyone know if the Firm categories were matched to any of the Fitprime workouts (classic, tortoise,hare)?

I don't know about these workouts being categorized. But, I have them and plan on doing a rotation with these when I am done with my plug and play 90DR.

YEAH!!! I just finished week 2, and I am having a blast. I am eager to see the changes in my body week to week, and think I will have a tank top comfort level this summer

Anytime I am not comfortable with the cardio moves, I march in place. If I feel the tall box climbs are too quick, I use a shorter box. I am modifying where needed to make each workout work for me.
