Question Please help with decision on purchase

Hi, I trying to decide on Linda Wooldridge 50 reps stamina workout, or her double burn workout. If anyone has tried these workouts, please give me your thoughts.I greatly appreciate it.
Thank you!

I am trying to decide on Double and Triple Burn. Can't decide; I have so many of hers. So I'm right there with you!

Maybe list if you have some of hers and/or what you're looking for in a workout? That could help people help you

Maybe also put Linda's name in the thread title to attract people who are familiar with her workouts to the thread. I have some of hers but I don't use them often and I'm not familiar with the ones you mentioned.

I have both series. I much prefer the Barlates Double Burn series. I really enjoy the Double Burn Flow, Double Burn Barre and Double Burn Cardio Sculpt workouts. The Stamina series is decent also but I prefer not doing so many reps. For me, the Double Burn series offers more exercise variety and is more enjoyable.

Hi, I have Linda’s double burn and triple burn workouts and really enjoy them. There is a lot of variety and they don’t have dread for me. I don’t have the 50 reps workout, it doesn’t appeal to me.

I gravitate more to her total body workouts like the metabolic, shape up and fitmas series, all excellent. I’m not as much of a fan of working one or two body parts to exhaustion as some of her workouts do,

I have a lot of Barlates workouts but I don’t have the 50 reps series. I realized a while ago that I enjoy and use Linda’s multiple body part workouts better. I don’t mind upper or lower but I’m just not going to spend a workout on inner thighs or outer thighs only. It doesn’t make one style better than another but it’s something to consider when choosing between the two.
