Count me in on the love! Glad to hear others still love and use these. And yes, I too want to know what the 'cousins' are!

I would think of cousins as “burn it up” from slim in six and also “keep it up” which was meant to keep your results after you finished the rotation. There are also slim series express workouts which were redone. I’ve never done those though.

I still love all of these workouts. I did Slim in: 6 Keep it Up, a ton when DH and I used to travel a lot for work. These work great in hotel rooms : They are great anywhere!

the cousins of Slim Series (2003):

2002: Keep It Up - 40 min long, plus 2 add-ons that were filmed with Slim In Six - Slim in 6 pack and Slim & Limber.

2002: Slim in Six has the original version with the extended Start It Up (52 min), then they released a set with a truncated Start It Up (25 min). Ramp It Up and Burn It Up stayed the same, and the add-ons included with Keep It Up.

2006: Slim Series Express set - three 30 min workouts.

2010: Slim in Six was re-filmed, and includes a 25 min Start It Up, and the longer Ramp It Up and Burn It Up.

I just pick up the Slim in 6 Series, used, along with Cool It Off and Cardio Core Express for $0.49 each.

Great buy! I've been revisiting Slim Series lately and enjoying it quite a bit! I bought Slim in 6 used a few months ago and think Burn It Up is a tough little workout (haven't done the others in the set). I'm hoping to find the Express workouts while out thrifting someday!

It was a good deal, even if I don't like them I'm only out 1.50. I've paid more for worse!

Is there a music off option?

I've never tried the workouts but the bad music is a VF legend.
