hammer and chisel rotation question

I have had this since it came out.. and only tried one workout. Have read that people do not love the layout of the rotation. Has anyone changed it up and want to share what you did. Thinking of starting a rotation today.

I am about a month into my rotation and I have highly modified it. I deal with energy and thyroid issues which is why I'm modifying. I initially started it following this rotation process:

strength
"cardio/agility/balance/endurance"
strength
"cardio/agility/balance/endurance

keeping one rest day/week.

I have modified it slightly because I'm trying to really listen to my body, lose weight and not do too much. I'm doing this now:

Sun - strength based H&C
Mon - barre or essentrics
Tues - strength based H&C
Wed - barre or essentrics
Thurs - strength based H&C
Fri - cardio based H&C
Sat - rest

The workouts from the set I'm using the most are:
ISO Strength Chisel
Total Body Chisel
Total Body Hammer
Max Hammer Strength
Chisel Balance
Chisel Endurance
Chisel Agility
Chisel Cardio

I am NOT doing any of the plyo workouts, and I didn't like: hammer power, hammer build up, ISO Hammer.

I am doing Hammer Conditioning this week for the first time.

I have only lost one pound - but as I mentioned, I am struggling with weight from thyroid and perimenopause. My upper body is leaning out finally and I am seeing some definition, so I am really pleased.

I'm hoping by adding in the essentrics I will taper my waist, as well and help my cortisol re-balance itself and maybe in the process lose weight.

I'm following Sue's rotation, so far so good. On Tuesday I have subbed in a higher rep/metabolic workout like Chisel Balance. So far I have really enjoyed all of Autumn's workouts, have not tried all of Sagi's yet. I didn't like ISO Speed Hammer or Hammer Plyo.

This sounds great.. thank you. I like the idea of adding in other workouts. . Keeps the boring same thing over and over factor down.
